Here i have panned this bus whilst it was moving. I love this effect because you can see that the background is blurred but the bus looks still, almost as if its the background moving instead of the bus. I photoshoped this photo so that the background is a lighter color compared to the bus to really make the bus stand out because it is the main subject in this photo.

I set the camera to have a long exposure, this meant that i took a longer time to take the photo. this makes things that are moving are blurred. I made the background black and white by selecting it in photo shop and using the hue/ saturation option and lowering the saturation.
