48.Pulse (AIIMS) -1

Pulse is the annual cultural, literary and sports festival of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India.
Held in the second half of September, this week long extravaganza is the biggest inter-college festival of the medical fraternity of India, with participation of over 100 medical colleges all over India.
The events in pulse can be broadly categorized into:
* Social and cultural events-
* Literary events
* Sports events
* Informals
* Mega events- which comprises of celebrity nights, rock nights, fashion shows to name a few.
After 12midnight a music request counter ensues which goes up till daybreak!
This event organized by the students itself. This year i gave most of it a skip, but i did attend the last few hours of the event, comprising of my college's basketball finals (we won) and the rock nite (one of the mega events).
